About the Work
Séverine Buyse brings over 25 years of experience working with stress, pressure, human performance and well-being.
Originally an international journalist across more than 80 countries, she developed a direct understanding of high-pressure environments and their impact on the body and
nervous system.
She now works with international organisations combining this field experience with fifteen years of teaching Resilience across Europe and a personal journey in Trauma
Work, Hindu Philosophy, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Yoga and other embodied practices. Her approach integrates Breathwork, neurosciences, somatic regulation, conscious
leadership, and trauma-informed practices into environments that are traditionally only cognitive and performance-driven.
The work is practical, embodied, considering the reality of corporate world and immediately applicable.
