The Pulse - Private Session

This is where the work begins.

The Pulse Session unfolds in 4 phases:

  1. Mapping: before the session, you complete a short guided inquiry to map your current state — your body, your nervous system, and your patterns.

  2. Calibration: we precisely assess where you are — identifying areas of tension, disconnection and imbalance in your system.

  3. Activation: through guided breathwork and somatic awareness, we activate the system—allowing to stored tension to release and life force to begin moving again.

  4. Integration: we integrated what emerged—leaving you with clarity, direction and a grounded sense of what you need next.

What you leave with:
— a clear understanding of your current state
— a first embodied experience of release and regulation
— a felt shift in your body, not just an idea
— clarity on your next step

This session can stand alone, or become the foundation for deeper work.
